David supports project feasibility at RIC Energy, helping to assess the viability of solar and energy storage projects and move them toward development. With over five years of experience in land development, solar (PV), and battery energy storage systems (BESS), David brings expertise in project management, permitting, design coordination, regulatory compliance, and feasibility analysis. Prior to RIC Energy, David worked in project and land development, construction management, and civil engineering, coordinating with AHJs, regulatory agencies, engineers, vendors, and contractors across projects in various stages of development. 

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston.
