Quynh-Anh serves as a trusted legal advisor, spearheading legal strategy and providing proactive, solutions-driven leadership across all facets of RIC Energy USA’s operations. She drives the execution of high-stakes and complex transactions, and ensures regulatory compliance to support effective risk management and business growth.

Prior to joining RIC Energy, Quynh-Anh held senior legal roles with ENGIE North America and DSD Renewables, where she advised on project development, M&A, and financing transactions for solar, battery storage, and infrastructure projects throughout the US and Asia. She has over twenty years of legal experience and holds a JD from Duke University School of Law.
