Colby manages Battery Energy Storage project execution and strategy at RIC Energy. Colby is responsible for providing technical, regulatory, and market expertise while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish. Prior to RIC Energy, Colby gained extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale BESS projects from conceptual design through commissioning and supporting next generation product development at Eos Energy Storage as well as overseeing the full engineering design lifecycle for utility scale and distributed generation solar projects at Revamp Engineering, several of which included BESS integration.

Colby holds a Master of Science in Energy Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
