Tom manages project development for community solar and small scale battery energy storage projects at RIC Energy. He is responsible for bringing projects from early-stage development through use permitting and up through the project sale process. Prior to RIC Energy, Tom developed DG and utility scale solar and storage projects throughout the US, primarily focusing on community scale projects in the Northeast and Midwest. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in history from Northeastern University.
