Jim is a Project Manager on the Development team and collaborates with project communities to navigate local approvals processes. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo and is a licensed civil/environmental engineer in New York and North Carolina.

With over 20 years of experience in design, construction, and inspection, Jim has successfully completed various green energy, environmental remediation, land and habitat restoration, and land development projects across the US.
