With a background in operations and talent management, Lindsey brings expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems.

Prior to RIC Energy, Lindsey served as an Operations Associate at Frontera Consulting, where she managed staffing processes, supported onboarding, and streamlined HR workflows to enhance organizational efficiency. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business.
